The "Wheel of Fortune" cards that I like the best are the really old ones that show people riding high on the top end of the spin -- and then plummeting off into the abyss when the wheel goes 'round. I thought that this scene, with The Brownies abducting a spinning wheel only to run into a minor obstacle, evoked those old "Wheel of Fortune" cards nicely -- hence the title.
