We all know the feeling, I think, of being in desperate circumstances and the rush of relief that comes when the burden is lifted off of our shoulders, or the desperate time has passed. Sailing was not one of the wisest activities that The Brownies could have been indulging in, and it certainly did not turn out well for them... although in the end, a Safe Port of Harbour finally presented itself/
You won't have to look all that closely to see the Big Difference: I've changed the font for the main card set. I'd been using P22 Dard Hunter, which I actually liked a lot... but as I wrote a few posts back I found a new font set from the Walden foundry that just blew me away. I did indeed take the plunge.
So -- this is my current choice for the main deck... but it may not be the Final Choice.
Yes, this does mean that I have to go back and re-do every god damn card. But if it makes the deck better (and I think it does) it will be well worth the effort.
The font will change on the "proverbs" cards as well. I'll have an example of the new look up here for you soon.
No one ever said that design wasn't an adventure. I's be interested to hear your thoughts on the New Look.
